TIR domain containing adaptor molecule 1 (TICAM1; formerly known as TIR-domain-containing adapter-inducing interferon-β or TRIF) is an adapter in responding to activation of toll-like receptors (TLRs). It mediates the rather delayed cascade of two TLR-associated signaling cascades, where the other one is dependent upon a MyD88 adapter.
The analysis highlights Research, Structure and Areas of research as prominent areas in the source structure around TICAM1.
Source areas are shown by the number of related topics found in each part of the analysis. Use smaller areas too: they can reveal specialized angles and content gaps.
Smaller areas are not necessarily less important. They contain fewer connections in this analysis and can be useful for finding specialized angles or coverage gaps.
High-confidence facts extracted from structured source data. Use them as anchors for further research.
Browse the complete topic structure, not only the most central items. Less prominent entities and concepts can reveal missing angles, specialized context and useful research gaps. Each item opens a new analysis centered on that subject.
Deeper signals for content research, entity SEO and topical coverage. The plain-language headings explain what each technical view is useful for.
The extracted context around TICAM1 shows recurring relationship patterns in the source. For example, TICAM1 → apoptotic process, apoptotic signaling pathway, autophagosome, cellular response to lipopolysaccharide, cytoplasmic vesicle, cytosol, defense response to virus, endosome membrane, I-kappaB kinase/NF-kappaB signaling, immune system process, inflammatory response, innate immune response, lipopolysaccharide-mediated signaling pathway, macrophage activation involved in immune response, MyD88-independent toll-like receptor signaling pathway, necroptosis, negative regulation of MyD88-independent toll-like receptor signaling pathway, positive regulation of autophagy, positive regulation of B cell activation, positive regulation of B cell proliferation Another extracted example is TICAM1 → ascending aorta, body of stomach, buccal mucosa cell, colon, duodenum, epithelium of stomach, female urethra, gastrocnemius muscle, granulocyte, ileum, jejunum, lacrimal gland, mucosa of transverse colon, muscle of thigh, parotid gland, right lobe of liver, skin of abdomen, urethra, yolk sac. Use these groups to spot repeated connection types before inspecting the individual relationships.
