Custirsen

Custirsen (also known as OGX-011 and CC-8490), usually supplied as its sodium salt, is an investigational drug that is under clinical testing for the treatment of cancer. It is an antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) targeting clusterin expression. In metastatic prostate cancer, custirsen showed no benefit in improving overall survival.
