Khorasan wheat

Khorasan wheat or Oriental wheat (Triticum turgidum subsp. turanicum, also called Triticum turanicum) is a tetraploid wheat species. The grain is twice the size of modern-day wheat,[citation needed] and has a rich, nutty flavor.
