Isdud (Arabic: إسدود, romanized: ʾisdūd) was a Palestinian village in the region of Tel Ashdod that was depopulated in the 1948 Arab-Israeli War. Khalidi says it may have had historic links to Azdud, a postal stop between al-Ramla and Gaza, and the ancient city of Ashdod.
