Hijiki

Hijiki (ヒジキ, 鹿尾菜 or 羊栖菜, hijiki) (Sargassum fusiforme, syn. Hizikia fusiformis), sometimes called hiziki or tot (Korean: 톳), is a brown seaweed that grows wild on the rocky coastlines of East Asia.
