Seraph

A seraph (Hebrew: שָׂרָף, romanized: sārāf /ˈsɛrəf/; plural seraphim Hebrew: שְׂרָפִים, romanized: sərāfīm /ˈsɛrəfɪm/) is a celestial or heavenly being originating in Ancient Judaism. The term plays a role in subsequent Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.
