Salty liquorice

Salty liquorice, also known as salmiak liquorice, salmiac liquorice or (in Finland) salmiakki, is a variety of liquorice flavoured with salmiak salt (sal ammoniac; ammonium chloride), and is a common confection found in the Nordic countries, Benelux, and northern Germany.
