Blintz

A cheese blintzes or blintz (Hebrew: חֲבִיתִית; Yiddish: בלינצע) is a rolled filled pancake in Ashkenazi Jewish cuisine, in essence a wrap based on a crêpe or Russian blini. It may be compared to the French crêpe or Russian blini.
