Župa (latinsky comitatus, maďarsky megye, polsky żupa, německy Gespanschaft, chorvatsky županija, rumunsky județ) je vyšší územně správní celek v některých zemích, převážně střední a východní Evropy. Do žup se člení rovněž některé spolky, například Sokol, Orel či dobrovolní hasiči.
