Salám (z italského salame „solená uzenina, solené maso“, pův. latinsky salare „solit“) je masný výrobek z hrubě nasekaného masa a dalších přísad. Existuje velké množství druhů salámu, lišících se použitými surovinami (druh masa, složení kořenících směsí apod.) i detaily přípravy.
