Plazmalogen

Plazmalogen je fosfolipid, který strukturálně připomíná fosfatidylcholiny nebo fosfatidylethanolaminy. Rozdíl je v tom, že mastná kyselina je v poloze 1 nahrazena etherově vázaným vyšším nenasyceným alkoholem. Druhá mastná kyselina, která je vázaná esterovou vazbou, je obvykle polynenasycená.
