Oligopeptidy (latinsky oligo – česky několik) jsou peptidy s molekulou složenou ze dvou až 10 molekul aminokyselin, které jsou navzájem propojeny peptidovými vazbami. Podle počtu aminokyselin se dále dělí na dipeptidy, tripeptidy, tetrapeptidy, pentapeptidy atd.
