Mirin (kandži:味醂 , hiragana:みりん) je druh sladkého japonského rýžového vína. Patří mezi základní koření japonské kuchyně. Je podobné sake, ale obsahuje menší množství alkoholu a větší množství cukru. Obsah alkoholu se ještě víc sníží, když se víno zahřívá.
