Kloaka (z lat. cloaca – stoka) je orgán některých obratlovců – rozšířená část konečníku, do něhož je vyústěna trávicí, vylučovací a často i rozmnožovací soustava. U fosilních forem byla přítomnost kloakálního vývodu prokázána přinejmenším v období raného permu (zhruba před 294 miliony let).
