Chiméry (Holocephali), někdy také celohlaví či chimérovci, je jedna z podtříd paryb (Chondrichthyes). Jedná se výhradně o mořské živočichy z třídy paryb; z nadtřídy čelistnatců u nichž je známo asi 25 druhů, všichni recentní zástupci patří do řádu chimérotvární (Chimaeriformes).
