Nepůvodní druh

Nepůvodní druh je druh, který kvůli člověku žije mimo areál svého přirozeného výskytu. Na dané místo byl zavlečen činností člověka buď úmyslně, nebo neúmyslně. Proces úmyslného zavlečení člověkem se nazývá introdukce (z latinského intro dovnitř, vstoupit; ductus cesta).
