Elementární částice

Elementární částice (též fundamentální nebo základní částice) je ve fyzice částice hmoty, jejíž vnitřní struktura je neznámá, a není tedy známo, zda se skládá z jiných částic. Elementární částice standardního modelu se dělí na základní fermiony (kvarky, leptony a jejich antičástice) a základní bosony (výměnné bosony a Higgsův boson).
