Devincenzia (podle uruguayského zoologa jménem Garibaldi Devincenzi) je rod dravých ptáků z čeledi Phorusrhacidae (přezdívané neoficiálně též "hrůzoptáci"). Žil na území dnešních států Uruguay a v Argentině. Typovým druhem je Devincenzia pozzi, formálně popsaný ještě jako Phororhacos pozzi v roce 1931.
