Čížek (Spinus) je rod ptáků z čeledi pěnkavovitých z podčeledi Carduelinae. Tento rod zahrnuje především ptáky z Jižní a Severní Ameriky, pouze dva druhy se vyskytují v palearktu. Jediným druhem čížka, který obývá i území Česka, je čížek lesní (Spinus spinus).
