Triassurus

Triassurus is an extinct genus of amphibian, and the oldest member of Caudata (salamanders and close relatives). It is known from the Middle to Upper Triassic (Ladinian-Carnian) aged Madygen Formation in Kyrgyzstan. The type species is T. sixtelae.
