Sigay, officially the Municipality of Sigay (Ilocano: Ili ti Sigay; Filipino: Bayan ng Sigay), is a municipality in the province of Ilocos Sur, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 2,577 people, making it the least populated municipality in the province.
