Protoneuridae

Protoneuridae is a family of damselflies in the superfamily Coenagrionoidea. Under the classification proposed by Pessacq and colleagues (2025), the family comprises 13 genera and more than 100 species distributed throughout the Neotropical region from Mexico to Argentina and the Caribbean.
