Paremhat (Coptic: Ⲡⲁⲣⲉⲙϩⲁⲧ), also known as Phamenoth (Ancient Greek: Φαμενώθ, Phamenṓth) and Baramhat (Arabic: برمهات), is the seventh month of the ancient Egyptian and Coptic calendars. It lies between March 10 and April 8 of the Gregorian calendar.
