Nerium oleander (/ˈnɪəriəm ... / NEER-ee-əm), commonly known as oleander, rose laurel, be-still tree or rosebay, is a shrub or small tree cultivated worldwide in temperate and subtropical areas as an ornamental and landscaping plant.
