Lysander (/laɪˈsændər, ˈlaɪˌsændər/; Ancient Greek: Λύσανδρος Lysandros; c. 454 BC – 395 BC) was a Spartan admiral and statesman who was one of the leading military and political figures of Sparta during the Peloponnesian War.
