Levengi, levangi, lavengi or lavangi (Talysh: ləvəngin; Azerbaijani: ləvəngi) is a stuffing, typically for baked fish or poultry, in Talysh cuisine. Typical ingredients include onions, walnuts, and dried fruit stuffed into poultry or fish. Levengi is usually prepared for Nowruz (Iranian New Year).
