Johann Friedrich Gustav von Eschscholtz (German pronunciation: [ˈjoːhan ˈfʁiːdʁɪç fɔn ˈʔɛʃʃɔlts]; 1 November 1793 – 7 May 1831) was a Baltic German physician, naturalist, and entomologist.
