Bigha

The bigha or beegah (Urdu: بیگھا, Hindi: बीघा, Bengali: বিঘা) is a traditional unit of measurement of area of a land, commonly used in northern and eastern India, Bangladesh and Nepal. There is no "standard" size of bigha and it varies considerably from place to place.
