Apion (Greek: Ἀπίων; fl. 1st century CE), also called Apion Pleistoneices (Greek: Ἀπίων Πλειστονίκου, Apíōn Pleistoníkēs) and Apion Mochthos (μόχθος) was an Egyptian grammarian and sophist in first century Egypt. Apion wrote several works, none of which have survived.
