The Northern Access Link Expressway (NALEX) is a 136.4 km (84.8 mi) under-construction controlled-access toll expressway in the Philippines. It is designed to connect Metro Manila directly to the New Manila International Airport (NMIA) in Bulakan, Bulacan, and extend further north across Pampanga to terminate at Tarlac City.
