Zpronevěra (někdy také defraudace) je trestný čin definovaný v § 206 trestního zákoníku České republiky. Zpronevěry se pachatel (defraudant) dopustí, pokud si přisvojí věc, která mu byla svěřena, a způsobí tak na cizím majetku škodu nikoli nepatrnou. Trestná je i samotná příprava.
