Work breakdown structure často zkracovaný jako WBS je dokument používaný v projektovém managementu. Obsahuje hierarchický rozklad cíle projektu (předmětu plnění projektu) na jednotlivé dodávané výsledky a dále postupně na jednotlivé produkty a podprodukty až na úroveň jednotlivých pracovních balíků, které musí být vytvořeny v průběhu projektu.
