Žilnatina (venatio), též nervatura, je systém cév (žilek) v listech rostlin navazující na řapík. Úkolem cév je přivádět živiny a mechanicky zpevňovat list; vytvářejí jeho žebroví. Cévy jsou často vyztuženy sklerenchymem. Žilnatina ovlivňuje tvar čepele a je důležitým vodítkem při rozlišování listů.
