Vaskulitida

Vaskulitida (z lat. vasculum, drobná céva) je zánětlivé onemocnění cév, zejména tepen, nejčastěji v rámci autoimunního, systémového či revmatického onemocnění. Poškození cévy může vést ke krvácení či ischemizaci oblasti části orgánu. Klinické projevy dále obvykle zahrnují zánět a orgánová poškození (kůže, ledviny, oko, CNS, vnitřní orgány aj).
