Kapacitní dioda

Kapacitní dioda (varikap, varaktor) je speciální dioda sloužící jako napětím řízený kondenzátor. Tato dioda se využívá v závěrném směru a lze si ji představit jako rovinný kondenzátor. Využívá se změna parazitní kapacity PN přechodu v závislosti na velikosti přiloženého závěrného napětí.
