Tighina (ukrajinsky Тягиня) nebo Bendery (rumunsky Bender', rusky Бендеры) je město v Moldavsku, "de facto" však kontrolované mezinárodně neuznanou tzv. Podněsterskou Moldavskou republikou (tzv.
