Synchondróza (latinsky synchondrōsis, ze starořeckého χόνδρος, česky souchrupavčí) je nepohyblivé spojení dvou kostí hyalinní chrupavkou. Jedná se o druh chrupavčitého spoje (junctura cartilaginea). Spojení chrupavkou vazivovou se nazývá symfýza (symphysis).
