STS-114 je mise amerického programu raketoplánů, konkrétně stroje Discovery v červenci a srpnu 2005. Byl to první start raketoplánu od havárie Columbie v roce 2003, konkrétně po 907 dnech „odstávky“ raketoplánů. Hlavním cílem letu byla zkouška nových bezpečnostních procedur a opatření a také zásobení Mezinárodní vesmírné stanice.
