Stigmata

Jako stigmata (množné číslo od pův. řeckého stigma, znamení) se označují rány na těle v místech, kde měly být způsobeny Ježíši Kristu během ukřižování. V křesťanském mysticismu je vnímán jako zázračný jev. Nejznámějším katolickým nositelem stigmat je svatý František z Assisi.
