Staroperština

Stará perština (persky زبان پارسی باستان‎, klínopisně ) je zaniklý západoíránský jazyk, kterým se mluvilo i psalo v jižní oblasti dnešního Íránu, dnes nazývané Fárs. Tato oblast byla původně součástí říše Elam. V 6. století př. n. l. se s nástupem Achaimenovců k moci stal tento jazyk vedle elamštiny, aramejštiny a babylonštiny jedním z úředních jazyků…
