SO-DIMM (zkratka z anglického small outline dual in-line memory module) je typ počítačové paměti vytvořený pomocí integrovaných obvodů. Jedná se o rozměrově menší alternativu pamětí DIMM, proti kterým jsou zhruba poloviční.
