Shkumbini (též Shkumbin) je řeka ve střední Albánii ústící do Jaderského moře. Je považována za pomyslnou čáru, jež rozděluje dva dialekty albánštiny: toskičtinu na jih od řeky a gegštinu na sever. Na řece leží města Librazhd, Elbasan, Peqin a Rrogozhinë.
