Separatismus

Separatismus (výraz pochází z latinského základu sēparātiō – odloučení, oddělení, odtržení či rozdělení apod.; někdy se používá i pojem secesionismus) je snaha nebo tendence k oddělení (separaci, secesi) a osamostatnění; nejčastěji určitého státního území, může se ale definovat např. náboženským přesvědčením, uměleckým či filozofickým směrem apod.
