Rónin (japonsky 浪人, česky: potulný muž) byl samuraj bez pána ve feudálním období v Japonsku (1185 – 1868). Samuraj mohl o pána přijít jeho smrtí či ztrátou jeho přízně (například po porušení zásad bušidó).
