Risan (v srbské cyrilici Рисан, italsky Risano) je město u zálivu Boka Kotorska, u tzv. Risanského zálivu. Administrativně spadá pod opštinu Kotor. V roce 2011 zde žilo 2048 obyvatel. Známý je jako nejdeštivější místo v Evropě.
