Pustevny (1018 m n. m.) je sedlo v Moravskoslezských Beskydech nedaleko Radhoště, které patří k obci Prostřední Bečva (okres Vsetín). Bylo pojmenováno po poustevnících, kteří zde žili do roku 1874.
