Primadona (někdy též primadonna, z italského: prima donna) je první dáma, první sólistka operního domu nebo operní společnosti. Jde zpravidla o sopranistky, často koloraturní, které ztvárňují hlavní ženské role v nejslavnějších dílech operního repertoáru.
