Představenstvo (profesním slangem board – z angl. Board of Directors) je statutární orgán, volený výbor, který řídí běžnou činnost akciové společnosti nebo družstva. Právní úprava představenstva je obsažena v zákoně o obchodních korporacích (do konce roku 2013 v obchodním zákoníku).
