Popenec (Glechoma) je rod rostlin z čeledi hluchavkovitých. Jedná se zpravidla o drobnější, často aromatické rostliny s plazivými, přímými nebo vystoupavými lodyhami a květy rozlišenými na trubkovitý kalich a pyskatou korunu.
