Personalismus, z lat. persona, osoba, je moderní filosofický směr či postoj, který zdůrazňuje jedinečný význam každé lidské osoby a zároveň jejích vztahů ve společnosti. Vychází z humanismu (zejména křesťanského) a staví se jak proti individualismu, tak proti různým podobám kolektivismu a totalitarismu.
